🌍🌍🌍 Ways that hiring rather than buying can help the environment; Less hot tubs ending up in landfill once the novelty has worn off. Using them for a week will use less electricity than if you had it up for 6 months. You will appreciate it more and use it more in that 1 week than you would in 6 months. We always recycle your water when possible. Repairs are done inhouse and nothing is ever thrown away. I have often given items away for free to rehome rather than going to the skip. Since April 2022, 140 of you have hired a hot tub, supplied by 10 hot tubs. That's 130 hot tubs saved from potentially ending up in landfill or put to the back of the garage. It's not enough, but we are trying to do our bit where we can and always looking for more solutions. One way that you can help is to decide whether buying a hot tub is really necessary and maybe you just need to hire one for the week to really appreciate it and unwind. Running your own business can create some challenging days. I've definitely had some scenarios where I've had to think on my feet. But it's all a learning curve and there to make you stronger and wiser! Here's what happened when a customer called to say their massage seam had broken. Instead of having to wait for a new tub to refill and reheat, I managed to fix the problem so that they can use straight away. If anything like this happens, let me know straight away and I'll do my best to get it sorted ASAP as part of the service. A good start to the week! 🤠

Due to the HSW Act, all hires over 7 days will need to have their water changed. This is no problem and something that can be arranged at the time of booking. This is to decrease the risk of any bad bacteria and/or legionnaires from growing during your hire. You will have a spare filter and extra chlorine tablets to maintain cleanliness. There are gloves provided, so please use these when following the instructions shown to you at set up. A clean filter will keep your water nice and clean. And a top up of chlorine will keep the water balanced. During your hire, I am always contactable for any questions or problems.

Some beautiful setups today. First, we had this self build converted barn in Boscastle with a tap 40 metres away! With a 30-metre hose, we managed to connect it to a 15-metre hose. Every set up, there's a new and exciting challenge 🤩 and there's always a solution. (Some may take longer than others 🫠) It's looking to be a great weekend. So this morning, I needed to take our hot tub down. Motivation was zero. I checked the temperature, and it was 11 degrees Celsius. I have a new ice bath arriving ready to hire soon, so I thought I needed to experience it before selling the idea! Just look at how relaxed I get at the end... that was around the 3 minute mark, and I ended up doing over 5 minutes as the timer didn't go off 🙈 Have you ever wanted to just wipe clean your mind? Hoover out all those unnecessary thoughts? Well... this was the closest I've ever got to doing that! Your mind just focuses on the presence, and all those worries and stresses are forgotten.
